So you’re sitting there. It’s Saturday morning and you’re having a cup of coffee with your lovely future significant other, talking away about what life will be like when you’re finally married.
But then it dawns on you… Whoops, we don’t even actually have our wedding planned out yet!
Maybe you’re still a full six months away. Maybe it’s three. Or maybe you’ve procrastinated, and your big day is just a few short weeks from today.
Regardless, you need to have a wedding day timeline in place, and the sooner the better.
The problem is:
Where to start?
Well I’ve been through my fair share of weddings over the last 8 years, and have picked up a few nuggets of wisdom along that way.

So to get you started on a wedding itinerary that will have everything rolling along like a well-oiled machine on the day that counts the most, I teamed up with the Seaport Wedding Gurus Alyssa, Kelcee, and Michelle (who run an amazing venue by the way) to put together 3 different wedding day timeline templates for you built around the most common ceremony times, along with 7 straightforward steps for you to follow to be as prepared as possible come wedding day.

I’m very happy to announce that my amazing clients have awarded me with another Weddingwire Couples' Choice Award!
The day finally arrived for Sarah and David’s wedding! The venue that they had chosen, Seaport Hotel, is truly classy and ideal for a black tie wedding. The weather was a bit chilly, but this did not spoil the mood in any way. We took some time before the meal to take a few portraits. Sarah and David are full of energy couple, and they both know how to party! Radiance Band was a fantastic feature of this wedding! Below is the set of my favorite images from their wedding day, I really hope that you like them too!
Wedding venue & planning: SEAPORT HOTEL & WORLD TRADE CENTER
Music: Radiance Band
Photobooth: Boston Halo Booth
I was lucky to photography Kathleen and Jeff’s wedding at Loch Lyme Lodge, a lovely venue that I have worked at previously. Loch Lyme Lodge weddings are unique as the venue is fairly intimate but with stunning views. Kathleen and Jeff were both very happy and relaxed. They had chosen to spend their wedding day with their close family and friends. There were so many lovely moments that I enjoyed capturing and I am very happy with this set. Below are some of my favorite images from their wedding day...
